Artist's Description
Wintergreen Park is a natural wonder in central New York near Canajoharie. The slate/shale rocks and cascading waterfalls culminate in a falls of about 50 feet and then a still green pool. Great work,Betty. All those blue variations, the strong way you seem to handle your brushes, the posture and expression of the girl and the colors in her face:great!

I love the funky retro shirt. The stripes in the shirt are interesting against the other horizontal lines.
Betty Pieper replied:
Thanks. The funky stripes emerged from a flannel shirt after the stripes in the distance and the layers of horizontal rock. You KNOW how I love stripes inside and out.
