That means a lot to me, Maria. I'm not a watercolorist but I learned to paint from a master in that medium so sometimes it just seems to 'work' and I definitely enjoyed doing this small piece. Nothing more exciting and yet calming as cutting through the waves with only a boat and sails for power.

Thank you. I liked the way the sail came out...I've not had much opportunity to sail but I could become obsessed painting that kind of canvas and sky just from watching the kind of artists who can really sail.
